Why should I sign up?
The board of directors generally will not send out special mailings or go door-to-door for time-sensitive notices. The only way to learn about these is via email. We will notify you if the neighborhood has experienced break-ins or door-to-door scams, or when issues which affect our quality of life are being considered by local government (open space, noise mitigation, parkway authority, etc.)
Your information will always be kept confidential and will only be used for official HOA communications.
